I remember it was borked in beta, where Filzof only dropped like 19 silver or something like that. But I did it today for the hell of it, and he wasnt even lootable, so I didnt get ANY silver reward at all nor did I get any 'special' mark drops either. Which is sort of lame.
So is this a standard thing or what? I have to assume if it is standard then not too many people run that one. it is a pain in the *** anyway, and if it doesnt give drops then I wouldnt see the point in even doing it. At least more than once just to see it.
