It looks like more soloing epic quests ahead

So in the new dev dairy that came out that it said,

"Book 1: Oath of the Rangers and its Prologue, Messages from Lorien, requires you to have purchased Siege of Mirkwood and be Level 65. It contains nine soloable chapters, and includes a brand-new Skirmish in one of LOTRO's most popular locations."

I found it very strange that they would include that the books were soloable, like they are trying very so hard to please the soloers. I don't want to QQ on this because it can be interpreted in many ways. This could mean there are 9 soloable quests and 2 group quests but I doubt this is it.

Do you all think that we are going to have a lot of this soloing epic quests in the future now and skirms being the option to group?
