I am halfway through the Two Towers(I read the books once a year) and I started thinking of what the Elves and Dwarves were doing thorugh all this.
Anyone know? I can imagine them smoking pipes and drinking spring water and asking themselves,"Can you imagine us getting caught up in that?"
Seriously though, they had to have been doign something constructive, their lives were at stake too.
